Over the years, I’ve worked on some exciting projects, like an Escalation Management Portal that streamlined query handling and improved efficiency, and an RPA automation system that cut 75% of manual effort—a real game-changer for productivity. Right now, I’m exploring ways to enhance CSAT in customer support using AI and voice modulation, making interactions more intuitive and seamless.

Developed a Customer Churn Analysis Dashboard using Power BI, SQL, and Python. Utilized the Telecom Customer Churn dataset from GitHub and cleaned and preprocessed the data with Python’s pandas and numpy libraries. After loading the refined dataset into SQLite, I ran SQL queries to segment the customer base and identify key churn patterns. These insights were visualized through an interactive Power BI dashboard featuring pie, line, and bar charts with dynamic slicers, providing actionable intelligence to reduce churn and enhance customer retention.
